Bonus Terms Explained
Confused by wagering requirements and rollover conditions? Here is a plain-English decoder for the most common bonus jargon.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A x10 rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in bets. A x20 rollover requires Rs 20,000 in total bets before cashout is unlocked.
Example: Receive Rs 2,000 bonus with x15 rollover → you must wager Rs 30,000 total before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While you have an active bonus balance, most platforms cap the size of each individual bet — typically between Rs 250 and Rs 500 per round or per spin. Exceeding this limit can result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of related winnings.
Example: Bonus is active → maximum single bet is Rs 300. Placing Rs 1,000 on one hand of blackjack may void your bonus.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games count equally toward clearing a rollover. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every Rs 100 wagered on slots counts fully. Table games like blackjack or roulette usually only contribute 10%–20%, so it takes far more bets to clear the rollover through table games.
Example: Rs 1,000 wagered on slots = Rs 1,000 toward rollover. Rs 1,000 wagered on blackjack (10% contribution) = only Rs 100 toward rollover.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses do not last forever. Common expiry windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of claiming. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within this window, the bonus and any related winnings are automatically removed from your account.
Example: Claim a bonus on the 1st of the month with a 14-day expiry → rollover must be completed by the 15th or the bonus is forfeited.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a permanent bonus balance — it cannot be withdrawn itself, but any winnings you generate from it can be cashed out after meeting rollover conditions. A non-sticky bonus is added to your real-money balance and can potentially be withdrawn along with winnings once wagering is met.
Example (sticky): Win Rs 5,000 using a Rs 1,000 sticky bonus → the Rs 1,000 bonus stays; only Rs 4,000 profit is withdrawable.
Maximum Cash-Out (Bonus Cap)
Even after completing the rollover, many bonuses place a ceiling on how much you can withdraw from bonus-related winnings. This is known as the maximum cash-out or bonus cap. Always check this figure before claiming — winning big on a capped bonus can be disappointing if the cap is low.
Example: Bonus has a Rs 5,000 maximum cash-out → even if you win Rs 50,000 using bonus funds, you can only withdraw Rs 5,000 of that amount.
Practical Advice: Always read the full Terms & Conditions before claiming any bonus. Pay close attention to the rollover multiple, game contribution rates, expiry date, and maximum cash-out limit. A bonus with a low rollover and no cap is almost always more valuable than a large bonus with harsh conditions.
