1eeee does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered 1eeee account. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.

Standard withdrawal processing times are one to four hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically take one to three business days. 1eeee does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, however your financial institution may apply its own charges.
Currency: All 1eeee account balances are maintained exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players transacting in PKR.
All sports betting activity on 1eeee — including cricket, PSL markets, international T20s, and other sporting events — is governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.
A bet is accepted and binding only once you have received an on-screen confirmation from 1eeee that your bet has been successfully placed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed via this mechanism are not valid. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet you place — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming.
1eeee reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or alter any betting market or odds at any time without prior notice. Live in-play odds change in real time and may be suspended during critical moments of a match. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or manifest error ("palpable error") may be voided by 1eeee at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

All game titles available on 1eeee have a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the expected long-term average return to players across all rounds played. In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a disconnection, server failure, or other technical issue, 1eeee will endeavour to restore the game to the state it was in immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, the relevant game round will be voided and the bet stake returned to your balance. 1eeee is not liable for any losses alleged to have arisen from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Live dealer game results are final once announced by the dealer and confirmed on-screen. No claims regarding the outcome of a live dealer game round will be entertained after a new round has commenced. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in live chat interactions within the live casino environment. Abusive behaviour toward dealers or other players will result in removal from the live game and may result in account suspension.
